HDPE DMDA6200 is blow-molding grade high density polyethylene under Kunlun brand, manufactured by Daqing Petrochemical. It is supplied in natural white virgin pellets. It is produced via slurry polymerization process on Daqing Petrochemical HDPE plant, using Ziegler-Natta catalyst with butene as comonomer. This grade delivers balanced rigidity, environmental stress crack resistance and uniform melt flow. Each batch is issued with original COA, and it should be noted that this grade shares the same model name with Dow’s HDPE 6200, from different production lines. Typical properties: density 0.951–0.955 g/cm³, MFR (190℃,21.6kg) 30–36 g/10min. It features excellent chemical resistance, low warpage and stable parison control during blow molding. The resin has low gel level and good compatibility with color masterbatch and anti-UV additives. The main processing method is blow molding. It performs well for small hollow articles with fast cycle speed and wide processing window. Major applications include daily chemical bottles, cosmetic containers, medicine bottles, food hollow packaging and general small blow-molded vessels, suitable for containers requiring good anti-crack performance against detergents and chemical liquids. Packing: 25kg woven bag.
